Oliver Oldman is an ancient, unknowable, old, old man or wizard/shapeshifting idiot. Nobody knows exactly how he came to be, or where he came from, but it's all explicitly outlined right here:
Born in the fictional year -4000 B.C.E. to the powerful dark god of darkness, Darkmania, and the big wacky goofball god, Hairy Stu, Oliver was immediately sent to Earth as punishment for existing.
Oliver Oldman has been a major character in every Storyline of Outer City Limits.
